RAA Sprague Gibbons (Recently acquired by Group Thirty Three) is one of UK’s leading independent recruitment advertising agencies. The company felt that the development and promotion of recruitment web sites was an extremely expensive business, with promotional costs outstripping development costs by a considerable margin. All existing recruitment sites featured numerous clients based around one central search engine. Research and market information acquired by RAA suggested that individual recruitment pages on company web sites might supersede this approach. RAA approached F5 Works to develop a centralised, dynamic, database driven solution for the rapid development and deployment of corporate recruitment web site solutions under the Job Positive banner. REQUIREMENTS The aim was to create a series of dynamic, reusable templates that could be combined to offer differing levels of modular site functions and structure. RAA would present these options to their clients to enable them to choose the level of recruitment site most suitable to their business needs. RAA would then promote the package by offering a basic site and each further level would incorporate additional benefits. These would all be marketed at to clients and the solution tailored to the clients needs. A major part of the business model was to manage the entire process for the client from site creation, to hosting and management. SOLUTION
